Hey, I’m Elena 👋
I’m 35, live in Amsterdam and originally from Russia. By day I’m a senior manager in tech, by night - mentor and YouTuber.
I’ve been managing people for almost a decade now — in giant corporations, small companies, and international teams. I teach managers how to be modern leaders, both pragmatic and empathetic.
Last few years I also share my expertise on my YouTube - I talk about feel-good leadership, MBA and many more fun and serious things.
My personal mission is pretty simple: I believe the world desperately needs more professional, educated, human managers.
Because in 15 years from now today’s managers will be running this world, and they better not be assholes.

How it works:
One session is 1 hour, once in 2-4 weeks. From you - camera, mic, stable internet, and focus.
First session is 30 min, where we discuss your request, check expectations from each other, and set first action steps.
Price: 150 EUR / hour.
